I just heard Peter Roskam on the news calling for Tammy Duckworth to return $200,000 she got from John Kerry. Excuse me? Are you fucking kidding me? The man told a bad joke. It’s not like the money came from anything illegal or shady… Should she return all the money she got from people with bad senses of humor? Should the Republicans return all the money they got from people who have told offensive jokes?
Other stuff on the election: I would never vote for Judy Baar Topinka for governor, but if I had to choose between JBT and Blago for a lunch companion, I’d much rather grab a bite with JBT. I bet she could tell a good offensive joke.
