Here’s my final spec script, written for the iO Chicago Level 3 writing class: HIMYM “First Blood” Script.
I like how it came out, more or less… There is a lot of Rambo parody in there, and I’ve never seen Rambo, so I guess I kind of wished I hadn’t gone that direction about halfway through the process. Oh well, what are you going to do? Not start over from scratch, that’s for sure. I really like the Ted/Robin B story, though.
We’ll be doing a read-through of it in front of the Level 1 writing class on Monday at 6 p.m.
And now back to my regularly scheduled life.
