You know how sometimes you’ll be talking to someone and you’ll say something that you know to be true, but then someone says it’s not true, and you know you’re right, but you can’t prove it, and the other person is just more insistent than you are? Well, that happened to me yesterday, and I just want to say:
Blue Moon Belgian White is brewed by Coors in Golden, CO, which means it is a DOMESTIC beer and not an import. Just because the beer has “Belgian” in the name does not mean it was brewed in Belgium–Belgian is a STYLE of beer. Grrr…
Where is the Internet when you really need it, by which I mean in a bar during the Superbowl.
P.S. In all fairness, I thought that Blue Moon was brewed in Michigan, on which point I was wrong. But my main assertion that it is a domestic beer stands.
